Quality Assurance
   

Quality and Compassionate patient care is on the top of the priority of the LEI, so the patient and guardian are the focal point. A continuous effort will be made for the improvement in clinical and non clinical services adhering with the clinical and non-clinical protocols. A quality assurance system will be developed to record and review patient satisfaction level and quality of visual outcome. Equipment and instrument will be maintained in top operating conditions. Latest technological advantages including expansion of computer application in the hospital will be made. To this end, in order to improve overall process Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives will be taken.
